Privacy

The short version: your designs stay in your browser unless you turn on sync. Guest mode needs no account and stores everything (designs, settings, printer profiles, print history) in this browser's IndexedDB. We never receive your design content, spreadsheet values, customer names or phone numbers, UPI ids, barcode values, or the contents of print jobs.

What leaves the device, and where it goes

  • Usage counts (optional, cookieless). For guests, PostHog (EU region) receives pageviews and a short allowlist of events — things like "a template was used" or "a print job finished" — with counts, enums and opaque ids only. No cookies, no device id, no autocapture, no session recording. Signed-in users are identified by an opaque account id after accepting the Terms. Turn it off any time in Settings → Privacy; when off, the analytics library is never even loaded.
  • Error logs (optional). Better Stack receives crash and print-outcome logs so we can fix broken printers. Entries are redacted to ids, counts, enums and statuses; URLs are stripped of query and fragment before anything is sent.
  • Account data (only if you sign up). Supabase stores your email, auth record and synced designs so they can follow you across devices. Rows are protected by row-level security; only your account can read them.

Processors

  • Supabase — database and sign-in (region is fixed per deployment; ask us if you need it in writing)
  • PostHog — product analytics, EU region, cookieless for guests
  • Better Stack — error and print-outcome logs
  • Netlify — hosting and content delivery
  • Cloudflare — DNS, proxy and bot protection (Turnstile on sign-up forms). Cloudflare Insights is not used.
  • Transactional email provider — sign-in and password-reset mail only, never marketing

Retention and your rights

  • Guest data lives only in your browser; clearing site data deletes it. Safari may evict website data after about a week idle — the app warns you and offers export.
  • Export everything (designs, settings, history) as JSON from Settings at any time.
  • Delete your account from Settings; the server-side rows are removed with it.

The service is a shop tool and is not directed at children.
