Print 4×6 shipping labels from the browser
A 4×6 inch label is 100 × 150 mm — the standard size for courier and marketplace shipping labels. You can lay one out in the browser and print it without installing label software.
Steps
Start from the shipping label template
Open the studio and pick the “Shipping address label (4 × 6 in)” template, or create a blank 100 × 150 mm label design.
Fill in addresses and order details
Edit the sender and recipient blocks, order id and barcode value. Every field is plain text you can replace.
Open the browser print dialog
Choose Print → Browser. The studio renders the label at exact size.
Select the label printer and paper size
In the system dialog pick your label printer and a 4×6 in / 100×150 mm paper size, scale 100%. On Zebra, TSC, Rollo or Munbyn printers this goes through the printer’s own driver.
Print a test label
Print one label and check the edges before running a batch. If content is cut off, verify the driver’s paper size matches 100 × 150 mm.
Direct vs driver printing
Receipt printers can use ESC/POS over supported USB, serial or Bluetooth connections. Label workflows now have software-tested TSPL, ZPL and CPCL raster output: explicitly select the matching language and media in printer setup. This is not hardware verification of Zebra, TSC, Rollo, Munbyn or their rebrands. Windows USB-only printer-class devices may still need an existing system driver for browser printing; compatible Bluetooth or virtual-COM paths are alternatives.
Getting barcodes that scan
- Keep the barcode at least 40 mm wide for Code 128 order ids.
- Print at 100% scale — “fit to page” shrinks bars below what cheap scanners read reliably.
- Use dark print (raise the darkness one step) on recycled label stock.
