Print barcode labels from a spreadsheet

If your product list lives in a spreadsheet, you are one export away from a full batch of barcode labels. The studio maps spreadsheet columns onto label fields and prints one label per row.

Steps

  1. Export your products as CSV

From Excel, Google Sheets or your billing app, export or save as CSV. Include columns like product name, barcode, price and SKU.

  2. Pick a barcode label template

Open the studio and choose a barcode label template, for example the 50 × 25 mm product barcode label.

  3. Open Bulk data and paste or import the CSV

The import maps your column names onto the template fields. The VyaparaBandhu product-export preset is built in.

  4. Fix flagged rows

Rows with missing or invalid values (for example an EAN-13 that is not 12–13 digits) are listed before printing, not silently skipped.

  5. Print the batch

Choose the printer and print. Each row becomes one label; the queue shows honest per-batch status.

Choosing a barcode format

  • EAN-13: retail products with a GS1 number, 12–13 digits.
  • Code 128: internal SKUs, order ids, anything with letters — up to 48 characters.
  • Code 39: legacy asset tags, uppercase letters and digits.

Limits that keep batches sane

Imports are capped at 2 MB / 2000 rows and a print job at 5000 labels. Bigger catalogs work best split by category or rack. Your spreadsheet data is read and printed locally in the browser — it is not uploaded anywhere.
